NEW YORK and BONITA SPRINGS, Fla., Jan. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Tigris Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a privately held drug development company, completed a private placement of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $16 million. The financing, which was led by NGN Capital LLC, also included a syndicate with Wexford Capital, LLC, Bushido Capital Partners, L.P. and other institutional investors.
