Troy La Salle Institute posthumously honored its late principal, Brother James Romond, as the Lasallian Educator of the Year at its annual Honors Convocation Ceremony in McCormick Hall on Thursday. Romond was nominated several times during his 18 years as a teacher and principal at La Salle, but rather than accepting the award, he felt a member of the teaching faculty should receive it.
