    ATLANTA, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Regina Company, the fourth- largest manufacturer of floor-care products in North America, has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Pass-Port Ltd.  The transaction is expected to close in early September. 
    A privately held company, Regina believes the new alliance will improve its competitiveness in the North American and international floor-care industry.
