Connie SaLoutos' feet hurt. Her back hurts. She's a little bleary-eyed. Mostly, she's tired as hell. So don't accuse her of getting all Method actor-ish when she says that she feels like her ``Steel Pier'' character, ex-Vaudeville hoofer Rita Racine. SaLoutos is on a brutal six-week bus tour of one-nighters with the Kander & Ebb dance-marathon musical, which makes its final stop Saturday night at Proctor's Theatre.
