The Final Act of the Uruguay Round of the GATT is a trade agreement that outlines a global set of rules to further promote free trade in over 100 countries. A list of summaries of all the components of the Final Act is provided. The summaries are intended to clarify certain provisions stipulated in some of the agreements. The Final Act, which also contains texts of Ministerial Decisions and Declarations, was signed on Dec. 15, 1993.
