BALLSTON SPA -- Former Moreau Supervisor Michael J. Sullivan stood unbowed and unrepentant in Saratoga County Court on Wednesday ashe was sentenced to jail for stealing money from his town.
Sullivan, 46, read a statement in which he lamented that his guilty plea to eight felony counts would prevent the public from hearing evidence that would allow it to determine the question of his guilt.
