Jan. 4--Lincoln Park has laid off about 20 employees, most of them part-time door "greeters," as the company attempts to realign its work force in the midst of a $200-million expansion that is expected to add 500 jobs and more than 1,100 additional slot machines.
The greeters, who earn about $13.51 an hour, stand at the gaming entrance door, checking IDs and assisting patrons by providing directions and helping elderly or handicapped visito...
