Setters, collies and terriers will abound today when the Schenectady Pipe Band hosts the 15th annual Capital District Scottish Games at the Altamont Fairgrounds.
From 1:30 to 3 p.m., there will be a parade of the 14 different kinds of Scottish dogs, a demonstration by the Albany Obedience Club, an obstacle course race and the Shared Theme Costume competition, open to canines with Scottish roots.
Included in the grouping will be border terriers, Cairn terriers, Dandie Dinmonts, Scottish terriers, Skye terriers, West Highland ...
