KAUTO STAR is a phenomenon, but Racing Demon is also an exciting component of the King George VI Chase at Kempton on Tuesday.
There are three areas in which the Henrietta Knight-trained gelding needs to prove himself. The main one is often underestimated in the present age of microscopic analysis: ability. We simply don't know whether Racing Demon is out of the top drawer, for all his undoubted promise.
