SLAV AG Group buys 94% of Ukrainian bearings producer
KYIV. Dec 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Austria's SLAV Handel, Vertretung und Beteiligung (part of the SLAV AG Group) has acquired 94.18% of Ukrainian bearings producer Ukrpodshipnik (Donetsk), the Ukrainian company reported.
The shares were sold by Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Andriy Kluev and his brother Serhiy Kluev (47.092% shares each). Serhiy Kluev has kept a 1.351% stake.
Ukrpodshipnik is a shareholder in various Ukrpodshipnik corporation companies and it supplies them with raw materials.
