The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is preparing to host an open hearing with broadcasters and public interest groups on children's television. Chairman Reed Hundt says the FCC is going to listen to the experts and industry representatives without any preconceptions about what it wants to hear. The views of commissioners Andrew Barett, James Quello, Rachelle Chong and Susan Ness are also presented.
