CLEVELAND, June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Medina Supply Company, a major Northeast Ohio supplier of ready-mix concrete, has defended the quality of its concrete in appealing a Cuyahoga County Common Pleas court certification of a class action suit involving the company.
Medina Supply filed its notice of appeal this week with the Eighth Appellate District in Cleveland.
