Lucifer Furnaces offers a line of protective-atmosphere elevator quench furnaces that combine pre-heat selection, a hardening chamber, a cooling vestibule and a quench tank in one unit. Useful for low-production, scale-free applications, the furnaces are designed for 2,100[degrees]F operation and are available in eight sizes ranging from 15 lbs to 55 lbs of workload capacity.
