Nov. 20--Danny de Zayas and Nina Barry want to move away from New York City, and they're leaving it up to Web surfers worldwide to decide where. The couple created an Internet site, www.dannyandnina.com, in September with a list of 250 cities -- including Columbia -- based on recommendations from friends, family and Money magazine's 2006 list of best places to live. Visitors to the site can vote for a city for free as many times as they want. The first city to receive 1 million votes gets to welcome de Zayas, 23, and Barry, 26, as new residents.
