Unemployment rate drops again in Oregon.

Nov. 17--Just when it looked like Central Oregon unemployment rates had nowhere to go but up, they dropped again last month in most of the region.

Deschutes County's unemployment rate in October hit its lowest point on record last month, at 3.5 percent, which was down from 3.7 percent in September, according to an Oregon Employment Department report released Thursday. October was the third straight month of unemployment rates below 4 percent.
