Nov. 19--The Bank of Israel today reported that the money supply fell by 1.8 percent, or NIS 900 million in October 206 to NIS 49.9 billion. In January-October, the money supply rose 3.5 percent, or NIS 1.7 billion.

This is the effect of the Second Lebanon war, which caused a certain slowdown in investment activity and in the amount of money which the public withdrew in order to fund ongoing activity.
