Nov. 19--SAVANNAH, Ga. -- The first time Armstrong Atlantic State volleyball coach Allan Segat saw tape of Traci Knuth on the court, he was impressed.

Then he saw her play volleyball. Segat's initial impression of Knuth playing basketball only added to his high opinion of her athletic prowess. Eventually, he persuaded the Columbus High standout to play for Armstrong Atlantic State, a Division II college in Savannah, Ga.
