Nov. 16--Watching skateboarder Mike Rogers perform a 360 or kick-flip might thrill his fans, but his biggest kick involves helping turn around the dim perspectives of cancer patients. His vehicles for this turnaround: a skateboard and Grind For Life Inc., his organization for helping families cope with the financial and emotional burdens of cancer. (The group takes its name from a mainstay skateboard move.)
