Four precious, rare-earth metal deposits in Tuva to be auctioned Dec 15
KYZYL. Nov 16 (Interfax) - The Federal Subsurface Resources Agency will hold four auctions on December 15 for the exploration and mining rights to four properties in Tuva with reserves of gold, silver and rare-earth metals, the agency has announced.
The winners of each auction will get 20-year licenses to the properties. The deadline for applications from potential bidders, who will have to pay a fee of 40,000 rubles, is November 17.
