    WICHITA, Kan. _ Both leaders and members of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) say they are bracing for heated debates this week during the church's national convention here _ debates that could result in a split in the denomination that has 2.8 million members. 
    ``It's going to be a donnybrook,'' said the Rev. Keith Koch of Grace Presbyterian Church in Wichita. ``The church is at a pivotal time in its history. How it responds will determine the fate of the denomination.''
