Nov. 14--Giza Venture Capital announced today that it had signed a cooperation agreement with Japan Asia Investment Co. (JAIC). Under the unique agreement, JAIC will be Giza's partner in Japan for joint investments in portfolio companies. JAIC will also direct Giza portfolio companies to other investors, customers, and potential partners in Japan.
