A SCOTS-based Marine was among four British servicemen killed in a bomb attack on a patrol boat in southern Iraq.
The soldier from 45 Commando in Arbroath lost his life in a home-made bomb blast on a waterway in Basra on Sunday.
He had been attached to 539 Assault Squadron Royal Marines.
Also killed in the rebel attack were a soldier from the Royal Signals, one from the Intelligence Corps and a second Marine.
