CALL CENTER agents are certainly not your average 9 to 5 employees. While most of us are in deep slumber, they work in the graveyard shift. They speak with a fancy American twang, varying their accent depending on the nationality and ethnic origin of the client they are dealing with.

They have also adopted the liberal culture and no-nonsense work ethics of the West.

But the most enticing part of the call center job is the handsome salary it offers young graduates.
