Acetone prices have been dropping through much of the past year, and an oversupply may lead to further price erosion in the months ahead. But no dramatic swings of acetone tags are forecast over the next two years.
Markets for acetone have been generally robust, particularly in the solvent area and in some derivative plastics such as polycarbonates.
