PROJECT OVERVIEW

France based VALLOUREC SA, a seamless steel tube producer, is currently gearing-up to build a plant that will serve China's oil and gas industry. Construction plans call for building a factory that will have an installed production capacity of 50,000 tons per year. The new facility is intended to enable threading seamless steel tubing and casing.

The project, of undisclosed cost, is scheduled for completion by some time around mid-2007.
