As a child of the '70s, Michael Streissguth had an unusual musical idol. Although acts such as the Bee Gees, Donna Summer and ABBA dominated the pop charts at the time, young Michael spent his allowance on an artist whose records hadn't been at No. 1 since the previous decade.

Johnny Cash.

And he blames the time warp on the Salvation Army, Elvis and his dad. Sort of.
