To C, or not to C -- that is the question. And a lot of business owners are asking it these days.
They want to know whether it is nobler to change the status of their company from an S corporation to a C corporation, and thereby pay lesser corporate tax rates on earnings, or to suffer the slings and arrows of higher individual tax rates on what the government deems to be outrageous fortunes.
