Nov. 3--LOCKPORT -- Niagara County Treasurer David S. Broderick has consistently refused to say how much money he earns from the side duty of administering estates of people who die without wills or whose heirs can't be found. Thursday, responding to a challenge from his opponent in Tuesday's election, the 33-year Republican incumbent said he didn't know how much time his secretary spends on such cases and declined to comment on whether he would consider reimbursing the county for that time.
