Amen Brother! You hit it on the head in the August editorial ("Our Image Stinks"). We don't have to be a dirty old foundry, rather a neat and organized metalcasting facility.

That is our philosophy at Clow, and we discuss it daily. I hold my managers to it annually. I am a firm believer in "how you look is how you do."

My older foremen were the hardest to change because of the way it use to be done--organizing and cleaning up didn't ship castings. But when it is supported from the top down, we can have it all and be successful!
