Nov. 2--The Tugboat has officially docked in Omaha. Joey Lynch -- one of the three founding members of Lincoln's uber-edgy Tugboat Gallery -- has moved to Omaha and taken over a small space in the basement of the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts. He plans to further develop the Tugboat's traveling sponsorship program, Tugboat Presents, by coaching future Bemis Underground curators and hanging exhibits in his studio.
