Oct. 31--A passing look might be enough to send a ghost-seeker to the Orleans Inn.

At night, with its green exterior glowing eerily under floodlights and a moon hanging low by its mansard-roofed tower, the Victorian mansion conjures images of the Bates house from "Psycho" or the Overlook Hotel from "The Shining."
