TWO NATO soldiers were killed when a roadside bomb struck their patrol in Afghanistan's eastern province of Nuristan.
A sharp increase in hostilities has rocked Afghanistan this year as NATO forces took over command of foreign forces from the United States, with more 3,100 people killed in the past 10 months.
