Though sleekly assured in its dancing, the Elisa Monte Dance Company lacks individuality in its dances. The company seems to depend on eclecticism, but also carries it as a sort of burden. The dancers, thoroughly trained, are robust in their energy and well-rounded in their abilities - precise in the way of ballet dancers, at home like modern dancers with weight and the ground, and also rhythmically persuasive. Peter Binzel, R.P. Binzel, Joseph Voreck and X.F. Weix, all brewers, were put out of business by Prohibition and decided to can peas. With backing from Ernest Theobald and Walter H. I really don't anticipate any changes within the near future," said Paul Julius, executive director of the Midwest Food Processors Association in Madison. The organization represents 23 canned food processors in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois. Estimated canned food sales from processors in the three states is more than $1.5 billion.
