The American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI) has renamed its Western Frozen Food Convention the AFFI Frozen Food Convention to more closely represent the breadth of this major annual event in the frozen food industry.

The 2007 convention will be held Feb. 24-28 in Monterey, Calif., and will also feature some "substantial enhancements."
