Oct. 29--Nobody loves a snipe fest like Saratoga. After years of relative political calm in the West Valley city, election-time antics are once again crackling with nastiness across the affluent burg.
Accusations are flying between a group of longtime residents supporting a slate of city council candidates on Nov. 7 and two opponents who say the group is out to smear them. Three seats out of five are up for grabs on the panel...
