Oct. 27--The 21 people charged in a giant methamphetamine investigation in Colorado include a woman accused of running drugs to Roanoke.

Jeff Sweetin, special agent in charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration's Rocky Mountain office, says he believes Leticia Moctezuma used her connections in Colorado to obtain the drugs, then sold them in Roanoke and mailed the money back west.

Others named in the indictment are accused of using such clever containers as a stuffed Elmo doll to smuggle the drugs from California to Colorado.
