ANY recently-married couple moving to a new home has an understandable urge to rearrange the decor, both indoors and out, to reflect their own taste and the fashion of the moment.
Yet I am afraid Charles and Camilla have gone too far with their radical makeover of the garden at Clarence House, which the Prince of Wales inherited from his grandmother after her death in 2002.
Out have gone the traditional cottage garden plants among which the Queen Mother loved to potter - the asters, the lupins, the hollyhocks and the rest.
