The wheat market is developing a sideways trading band. Essentially, the bullishness of reduced supply and tight stocks has driven prices high enough to start to ration demand.

The big question is now is whether or not we will see the big increase in production domestically and internationally. This fall, the question has been whether would we see 3.5 million to 4.5 million additional wheat planted acres. I believe expectations were very strong to get these acres planted.
