Donna Moylan's works reveal her sensitivity, intelligence and love for painting. Her recent paintings consist of multiple layers of imagery that are subtly related, albeit changing relationship. Moylan's critical style can be referred to as neo-mysterious painting, a term coined by novelist Alberto Moravia. The overall effect of Moylan's works is aesthetically pleasing.
