Pres Bill Clinton spoke on the recently enacted Brady Law and answered questions fielded by students at Hillcrest High School in Country Club Hills, IL. Clinton stated that the Brady law is an anti-crime measure designed to make the country's streets safe again. In response to students' queries, he stressed some points regarding health care reform, education funding, public housing and social policy, among others.
