Although the Class AA girls volleyball season changed seasons, the team to beat remains the same as Baldwinsville received the top seed in the inaugural fall Section III Class AA tournament.

Baldwinsville won the Class AA crown last February but will defend its title eight months later - with a trip to the state tournament at stake. The state championships will be Nov. 17-18 at Glens Falls.
