Record Net Sales, Operating Profits and Net Income
TOKYO, October 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hoya Corporation announced its consolidated results for the first half ended September 30, 2006.
Financial Highlights (unaudited):
- Consolidated net sales of 191.6 billion yen, up 15.0% from 166.7 billion yen in the first half of 2005.
- Operating income of 55.3 billion yen, up 11.2% from 49.7 billion yen in the first half of 2005.
- Net income of 44.3 billion yen, up 13.9% from 38.9 billion yen in the first half of 2005.
