CENTENNIAL -- Jordan Leopold hasn't fully recovered from the hernia surgery he underwent a little more than two months ago, yet he still feels better physically than he did during the second half of last season while playing for the Calgary Flames. That probably explains - other than the Flames' defense-oriented system - why Leopold's offensive production dropped from nine goals and 33 points the season before the NHL lockout to two goals and 20 points last season.
