Filling a gap in its extensive tracked excavator line, Case Construction Equipment has introduced the CX700, a new 70 metric ton machine that fits between its CX460 (46 metric ton) and CX800 (80 metric ton) excavators. Not only does the CX700 excavator fill a needed capacity range for Case, it is now one of four excavator models to feature a Tier 3 engine, which Case has also recently installed in its CX330, CX460 and CX800 models.
