Le Monde correspondent launches book on Bucharest.

Oct. 2--The Romanian edition of a book written by a Le Monde correspondent in Bucharest, Mirel Bran, entitled "Bucarest, le degel" ("Bucharest, the Thaw") was launched at Dalles Hall Saturday by the Humanitas publishing house.
The French version was published three weeks ago by Editions Autrement. In a collection entitled "Moving Cities," the publishing house has released 15 titles. Bucharest is the third capital from Central and Eastern Europe to be given a volume.
