From the outside, ARTech gives visitors the wrong impression.
The old blue-and-white industrial building seems cold and desolate. A small sign is the only evidence of a school, and dark windows hide the inside.
Once you enter, it comes to life. Students have their own desks and computers, but few are occupied. They move through the building, participate in seminars and consult with teachers. Music occasionally waft...
