The Gazette ; Anthony Jimenez's fate is in the hands of a jury, again. This time, however, the stakes aren't quite as high. Jurors heard closing arguments Tuesday in the trial of Jimenez, who's accused of kidnapping, raping and killing 16-year-old Jennifer Baker of Colorado Springs more than three years ago.
