VNU Business Media (New York) has sold the assets of "Sporting Goods Business" and the Sporting Goods Business Group to SportsOneSource Group (Charlotte, NC), an online information source for the sporting goods retail industry. No terms of the deal were given. VNU owns one-third of SportsOneSource Group.

"Sporting Goods Business" was launched over 30 years ago to cover the sporting goods industry. It is published monthly for a controlled circulation of 23,700. The Sporting Goods Business Group also includes "Sporting Goods Dealer," published seven times a year for a ...
