Sep. 21--TROY -- Alane Hohenberg, a self-proclaimed "foodie," got the idea about a year ago: What if there was a food co-op in this city?

Now, a group of seven dedicated volunteers is about to officially unveil plans for what could be the city's first full-service grocery store in years -- the Troy Community Food Co-op.
