The future of Van Duyn Home & Hospital is a policy decision that should be made by the Onondaga County Legislature, not the executive branch, a legislator said Tuesday.
But most information presented by County Executive Nicholas Pirro's administration aims at keeping the financially troubled facility in county hands, with little said about other options, Legislator James Farrell, R-Liverpool, told fellow lawmakers and Van Duyn officials.
